Can I disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Yes! If you have 2FA enabled, from the Account settings page, select 2-Factor Authentication or go to:
https://www.neopets.com/prefs_2fa.phtml
From there, enter your password and your authenticator code then select Disable 2FA.
