Bart’s Dip & Bob event is an NC Mall event where you can bob for Neggs- sorry, extra-special apples, in a mysterious Apple Bobbing barrel that Vandebart Biggsby has set up where you can receive all-new NC prizes. No one is quite sure how Vandebart acquired his extra-special “apples" or whatever substance he is using to transform them… but all you need is a ticket from the NC Mall to see what the Neggs will bring!
