Yes, you may gift Patapuffs that have not been activated to other users as gifts using NC Gift Boxes (one Patapuff Pack per NC Gift Box). Once Patapuffs has been activated, it can no longer be gifted. Patapuffs, as with all NC items, cannot be sold or traded.
