1. After you log in, go to the NC Mall at www.neopets.com/ncmall
2. Click the "Get Neocash" button.
3. In the "Redeem Neocash Cards" section, click on the image of the card you purchased, enter the PIN code from the back of your Neocash Card, and then click "Redeem" and follow the instructions.
