You can place your Experiment in all of the same places as a normal item, using the same methods. No matter where you place it -- in your Inventory, in your Closet, on your Neopet, etc. -- the Experiment will morph (when its time) to its next state until it reaches its final state. You can also gift an Experiment as you would any other Neocash item by using an NC Gift Box.
