The only way to gain access to the NC Archives wheel is by opening an NC Archives Fortune Cookie. The NC Archives Fortune Cookie will be available at the NC Mall in limited quantities. Keep checking back to see if Noda has made a new batch! Once the Fortune Cookie is opened, you’ll have access to spin the wheel once per day (twice, if you’re really lucky) for 3 Neopian days.
