These are delivered by the Space Faerie herself every Friday (around 6 AM NST)! We're not sure exactly how she gets them out to every member in time, but we assume faerie magic is a big factor.
They are automatically sent to the Space Faerie Scratchcard Kiosk. To view any scratchcards you've earned, simply give her a visit.
