Why can't Neocash be free?
There is no fee to play Neopets! However, if a user chooses to, they can purchase Neocash and use it to buy items at the NC Mall to enhance their Neopets experience. Purchasing Neocash is not mandatory nor is it required in order to play and enjoy the Neopets site.
