I didn't receive my Neopoints or items from my Trading Post transaction.

If you believe you have been the victim of a glitch on the site that caused your items or Neopoints to disappear, please report the problem by creating a ticket below and give as much information as possible.

Things that would be helpful when reporting the glitch are:

- Approximate day and time (in NST if possible) when this occurred

- The URL of where this occurred - What item(s) you lost

- A brief description of what happened: what you were doing, anything that will help us pinpoint the problem.

Be sure to choose "Trading Post" as the topic of your report from the drop-down menu. Just a reminder, there is no guarantee that your lost item(s) will be replaced.
