My ticket has not been answered yet, should I submit another?
We are sorry that you have not received a response to your ticket! Please do not submit an additional ticket about the same issue. If you have more information to add, please just reply to your original ticket. Duplicate tickets regarding the same issue or the status of another ticket only slow down the queue for everyone.
